This piece was designed by Sharon Cohen and published serially in "Just Cross Stitch."
In 1997, I entered this into the Iowa State Fair and was honored with Best in Show
in the counted thread section of the Fabric And Threads Division.

I also was asked to recreate this sampler to be displayed in the "Embroidery Room" at the Hotel Pattee in Perry, Iowa. This is a great honor, and I worked on a commission. There were some slight changes as I did not think the hotel would want my anniversary date on their version.
